Michael Cragg
Michael Cragg is COO of The Brattle Group, a top economic and financial consulting firm. He leads consulting engagements focused on complex litigation and recently played a central role in the highly-publicized Long Term Capital Management litigation and the Glaxo transfer pricing dispute. Prior to joining The Brattle Group, he was a founding partner of Cambridge Finance Partners, LLC and a consultant in the strategy practice at AT Kearney. He began his career as a professor of economics at Columbia University and UCLA's Andersen School of Management.

Mark began his career as a successful entrepreneur and executive. Carleton Ruthling is President and Founder of Tesla Walls, a building envelope provider for high rise buildings (engineered glass curtain wall, window wall, and panel systems). Tesla Walls has manufactured wall systems for high rise buildings in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Carleton previously held a variety of engineering management roles at @Home Networks and TRW.

Michael Sternad
Michael Sternad is an experienced CFO and international operations executive and draws on this background to work with tech companies and start-ups where he can contribute to the long-term success of the company. Over a thirty year career, he lead business operations for Cisco Russia, served as CFO for security software start-up Perfigo, CFO for the public enterprise software company Hyperion (HYSL), and VP of Financial Planning & Control for Ingram Micro (IM).
